The year is about to wrap up!!! What has been your favorite memory of this year?

The writing test is over.  How did you do?

I have been teaching for many years, and it always astounds me when I find out about students cheating on a test.  At first, I get upset.  Then, I feel deceived.  I care so much for my students and want them to succeed, and I am hurt when they feel they have to cheat to succeed.  To me, cheating is a character issue.  What does it say about someone’s character if they would cheat?

One of my favorite books is Chains by Laurie Halse Anderson.  I really like reading about slavery times, and this is a great read!  Tell us about your favorite book…
